Your course is released either the moment you purchase or on its scheduled release date. Refer to either your Welcome email, or the Product Sales page for important dates announcements. If you still can’t find it, email us at chalicegrove@gmail.com
I purchased a payment plan and noticed the end total is higher than the original course price. Why?
All payment plan options are subject to interest and all course material is subject to tax unless otherwise stated. Experiences purchased on Kajabi LLC will already have tax included.
How often will I be charged for any of your payment plans?
Payment plans for group programs are monthly. Our service provider for payments is called Stripe or Paypal depending on what option you chose at checkout.
I have purchased a course and would like to get a refund, how do I do this?
All sales are final. Due to the inherent nature of educational programs and the electronic transmission of the same, there are no refunds. Refer to the Terms & Conditions of the Product you purchased.
I just purchased one of your Products, but I won’t be able to start taking it immediately, how long do I have access for?
Evergreen Product access is for one year unless otherwise stated and are designed to go at your own pace. Live experiences will also be one year unless otherwise stated so plan accordingly. Refer to the Terms & Conditions of your respective course.
My course has a live class that I am unable to attend, will I be able to watch it anywhere?
Yes! All Live Courses are recorded and will be uploaded to its respective course page within 24 hours.
I can’t find my student login to get access to my Course Portal. Help!
